Won't stay in fenced yardQ: Our mixed shepard is about 1 yr old. she is able to scale a 9ft fenced yard. we have her in a harness and a collar attached to a lead wire to contain her. she is like houdini; she is able to get out of the collar and the harness. she has already been picked up by the dog pound and if they get her again it will be a $250 fine. can you suggest which medication to try for her? she doesn't seem anxious; just very social. thank you.
